Hi. The only way to watch US prime video outside US with a Fire Stick TV even with a non US prime account is with a good vpn, like ExpressVPN or VpnUnlimited. Tried it with both and it worked just fine. Just to clarify: “NOT WITH THE PRIME VIDEO APP” that is installed by default in the Fire Stick Tv, “ONLY WITH CHROME BROWSER”!!! And yes you can install any vpn or chrome browser in your Fire Stick Tv, just google it how, it’s very easy….

I use both a proxy and a VPN on a falsh router but my Fire Stick and Fire Tablet both display the interface in the local language (German) and block any streaming due to geo locking. Yesterday I received a new Fire tablet and when set up I could watch Prime video but later in the evening somehow it switched to the German language whilst I set up everything for the UK. My Computers work fine. I have a Kindle account in the UK which also seems to complicate matters
