How to Watch The Blacklist S6 Online from Anywhere in the World
Excited about The Blacklist S6? Can’t wait to see what happens between Red and Liz? Well, if you’re an international fan you might have some trouble doing just that. NBC, the broadcaster for the show, only offers its services to people in the U.S.A. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you how to get around that by using a VPN!

Can You Watch The Blacklist Season 6 on NBC Outside the US?
No, you cannot watch The Blacklist outside of the US. That’s because the channel that broadcasts it, NBC, is restricted to the US alone.
NBC has some pretty serious geo-blocks on its content. For international copyright laws, it imposes those restrictions on anyone trying to access their services with a non-US IP.
Why A VPN Unblocks The Blacklist S6 Abroad?
Short for “Virtual Private Network“, a VPN is a cybersecurity tool that happens to give you access to geo-blocked sites, too.
VPNs by nature have 2 functionalities:
- Encrypting your data.
- Re-routing your traffic through their own secure servers.
When a VPN re-routes your traffic, it ends up spoofing your public IP address as well. You will then have an IP address that matches the location of the VPN server you connected to.
In other words, to get access to NBC and watch The Blacklist S6 from the UK, German, France, Canada, the Middle East, and anywhere else in the world, you need to get a VPN.
How to Use a VPN to unblock The Blacklist S6?
Getting and using a VPN aren’t very complicated things to do. In fact, here’s an easy 5-step guide on getting yourself a VPN:
- Go to your selected VPN’s website and sign up for the service.
- Download the app that works on the device you’ll be streaming the show on. You’ll usually find an app for Windows, Android, MacOS, and iOS devices.
- Launch the app and sign in.
- Connect to a US Server. Wait for the connection to establish.
- Go to NBC’s site and enjoy watching The Blacklist S6!
See that? Easy as pie.

The Blacklist S6 – What We Know So Far
So.
Season 5 pretty much showed that Red is not Liz’s father. It’s very obvious that the show is leading up to a major showdown between both of them, which is a little disappointing seeing as the best episodes are when they’re working together.
That being said, Red has no idea that Liz is behind his capture. The S5 finale made that clear to the audience, but not to Red himself. I expect that premier episode, which the show is splitting into 2 episodes airing on 2 nights for the first time ever, to be quite the emotional ride for everyone involved.
Another mystery to look out for this season is Red’s real identity. The show has been hinting as the big reveal for a while now, and now that we know Red is not the father, it only get more interesting. Hopefully, we’ll find that out early on in the season.
Watch The Blacklist S6 Abroad – Final Thoughts
There you have it folks; how to watch The Blacklist’s sixth season online. Remember to get your VPN up and running so you can catch the 2-episode Premier on NBC on Thursday, January 3 at 10pm and Friday, January 4 at 9 PM. After that, it’s back to the Friday slot at 9 every week. Remember, while a VPN will get you access to NBC, it will not bypass any subscription fee or requirement imposed by the channel. All a VPN does it make it seem as if you live in the US (in this case), it won’t be able to remove anything else.
