With StrongVPN in Switzerland (using Sydney server) iView is not available. On the other hand SBS on Demand is
I agree with annoyed that ABC have effectively blocked iView. I use StrongVPN’s Sydney server on iMac Pro. Interesting that SBS on Demand is still watchable
It works with a VPN. Turn location off and select and Australian server. Works as usual, ENJOY.
And I am in Iceland and can’t access ABC iview either with an ipad.
Which VPN services are you using?
This WON’T work because ABC updated their iView app so you must allow location support (GPS) for the app to function. It doesn’t matter if you have installed a VPN to mask the IP address as coming from within Australia, because the GPS will show otherwise, and hence you are still blocked.
