I have had the same issues. I can’t download the App and when I tried to sign up via Showtimes website it would not permit Pay Pal (due to being registered in Australia) nor could I use my visa as it is also from Australia.
What is the work around solution?

I’ve subscribed to ExpressVPN and set the location to San Francisco – when I try to download the Showtime app to my iPhone , I get the message not available in Australia . Can you advise a workaround?
