I have really enjoyed Smartflix for the week I had it until being blocked here in the US. Does Express VPN work in conjunction with Smartflix or does one negate the other. Now that I’ve been exposed to the full library I’m willing to pay for whatever service works, including a combination thereof. Thanks for any suggestions!

Hi. Yes Norman, that should allow you to watch US Netflix using VPN.
I am unsure if Netflix will be able to block completely their contents. I am using Unlocator and so far I have no problems. I know that Hulu is very aggressive in this regard (blocking ip-ranges of known VPN- and SmartDNS-providers (even ip-ranges of famous vps-providers) and Unlocator has always (somehow) managed us subscribers to access Hulu. So I still have high hopes Unlocator will manage!
The only complications I can see is if:
-Netflix uses the billing address to determine the country (can be resolved as mentioned in earlier comment but it is still annoying)
-Netflix starts checking also for IP-address location in their streaming-feeds
-a combination of both
