NCAA March Madness Unblocked outside USA – VPN
Will the NCAA March Madness Live application work outside of the US? For now, “Live games are only available to viewers in the U.S, U.S. territories, and Bermuda.” However, you can use VPN to unblock geo-blocked channels such as NCAA March Madness, CBS, and TNT in Canada, UK, or anywhere else outside the USA. VPN allows you to obtain an American IP address by routing your connection via an American VPN server. Thus, unblock March Madness anywhere outside the USA.
- Changing your IP address to the US means you get access to all US-only channels. Unblock Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, NCAA March Madness, NBA Game Time, WWE Network, UFC Fight Pass, NHL Game Center, and NFL Game Pass.
- VPN also encrypts all your traffic to protect yours from eavesdropping and online tracking.
- VPN apps are available for streaming devices that have VPN clients. (iPhone, iPad, Android, PC, Mac)
- For other streaming devices, VPN needs to be installed on a VPN router.
When it comes to VPN providers, the choices are virtually endless. I’m using ExpressVPN to unblock US channels including NCAA March Madness and their service hasn’t let me down yet.

Watch NCAA March Madness outside the US – Smart DNS
If you try to stream any video on the NCCA March Madness website, you’ll see this message “Geoblocking, outside of the US.” This practically means that you cannot watch NCAA March Madness overseas. What you have to do is hide your location from the NCAA website or app. Smart DNS proxy enables you to do just that.
- All your streaming devices work with Smart DNS proxies. Watch NCAA March Madness outside the US on Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, iPhone, iPad, Android, Amazon Fire TV, PC, or Mac.
- Smart DNS even allows you to access geo-blocked content from different regions using one Smart DNS configuration. Thereby, you’ll be able to unblock US Netflix, BEIN Sports, and BBC iPlayer at the same time for example.
- Smart DNS does not change your IP address. Keep accessing all local websites.
The most important thing to check for when choosing your Smart DNS proxy service is whether it includes NCAA March Madness in its unblocked channels. This is a scam. do not try it!!!!!!
I purchased ExpressVPN, installed it and I watched two hours of NCAA basketball, then I was told the Live video pass had expired. I sent two messages to this site yesterday and got no reply. Now my messages are gone.
Hi. Clear your browser’s cache and then connect to a different US VPN server via the ExpressVPN app and you should be good to go.
I installed express VPN. This worked for two hours at NCAA.com. I get this message. Your live video pass has expired. I then need to pick a TV provider. I changed the IP and it still doesn’t work. Doesn’t work at TBS either. I am in Canada.
This worked for two hours on NCAA.com then I was told; “Your live video pass has expired”. I then need to pick a TV provider. SlingTV was not an option. I also tried a new IP. Doesn’t work at TBS.com either.
Game on local CBS affiliate via directv (local channel) does not work (using private internet access). Was forced to install new player by Cisco for directv and now says ineligible because of your area (Thailand). Connected to various servers in US (Midwest, Chicago, Florida) and does not work. VPN works OK with ESPN (same restrictions) as I was able to watch NIT games. Problem may be new “Cisco” player or the fact that it is a local feed (via antenna, not service). I will bet the connections to TNT, TBS, etc., work ok.
I’m not from the US and signed up for the unlocator to watch march madness. CBS has now cut me off as i guess the free trial phase of watching the madness has ended and they want me to choose my provider etc. Is there a way around this? I was fully willing to sign up for a monthly subscription and had even told all my friends here in Poland about this.
Hi
If you use a service that requires than you need a Cable provider, try Sling TV.
